This route starts at the Ter Vell, at the beginning of the wetlands of the Baix Ter. With the help of our guides and a pair of binoculars, we will discover the history of this area, which was residential up to just 15 years ago. 

We will discover how it recovered from human intervention, what action has been taken to do so and learn about the plants and animals that are living here.

La Pletera is a unique project. 20 years ago, it was a half-finished urbanization. today it is the refuge of very specific animals and plants, adapted to the combination of salt water and fresh water.

We will go through this space to discover the fauna that we will find there, how we work from the Natural Park to conserve it and how we can add our small contribution.
